Isn't it true that our desired work
and how much we're
satisfied by it can change?

Like many of you, I wear a lot of hats. I’m a professional, entrepreneur, certified career coach, non-profit board member, mom, wife, friend, sister—you get the idea.

Also like you, I LOVE to wear all of my hats but one of my favorites is my “work” hat. My work is super-important to me. Why? It’s who I am. It’s a key piece of my identity. I love to work and I love my work. I wholeheartedly identify with helping, serving, problem solving, collaborating, contributing and doing my part to make the world a better place.

My work is one of the deepest and most authentic expressions of who I am. You too?

If so, I bet that you’re also results-oriented.
Driven to be the best at what you do.
Maybe even unconventional.
Unafraid to speak up.
An out-of-the box, strategic thinker.

At the same time, perhaps, you are restless in your career and sense that making a change might be a good thing. Maybe you're seeing, or starting to see the world and your place in it differently than, say, people you work with day to day.

So you’re scoping things out. You’re thinking of tweaking your job or maybe changing up your career altogether so that it’s more YOU. And, you’re looking for a partner and some guidance to help you get there.

That’s where I come in.

My mission is to help careerists step confidently and courageously toward “what’s next” in their career without getting derailed by fear, doubt and inaction.

I’m an International Coach Federation-certified career coach. But, frankly, the piece of paper that declares this truth is simply the cherry on top of my career sundae.

I’ve worked in small family run businesses, non-profits, blue collar, white collar, service-based, and, most recently I was a corporate marketing ladder-climber for fifteen years.

I had the “big job” with a travel schedule and long commute while birthing and raising babies.

I’m a mom balancing work, life and family.

I know what it’s like to step off the cliff into major unknowns and be scaredy-cat scared.

I’ve seen what happens when you work with a coach and without a coach:
Rapid, supported change vs. slow, uncertain change.

I also know how freaking scary it is to move to the middle of nowhere and come face-to-face with cows standing in the road.

I love helping people take a stand for themselves and their work because I believe that….

… Our work is our art, a space for creative self-expression.

... Being authentic is critical to sustained success.

… Sunday nights don’t have to suck!

… We all wear many hats and work and life is wonderfully rich, complex, and sometimes hard to navigate.

I do this work because there is nothing better than seeing the light come on in someone’s eyes and hearing the excitement in their voice when they reach for the next toehold in their career and grab it.

Are you in?

How I work

I work with clients over the phone. What my clients and I love about this environment is that it's super-convenient. There’s no travel time and it’s also private and confidential.

In between coaching calls (typically three per month, each 45-minutes long), clients have access to me by email or “laser” sessions when things come up—which often happens because that’s when the magic of coaching reveals itself: when you are implementing what you’ve learned in our sessions and nailing it. I love to hear from clients between calls!

How to get started

If you’ve made it this far down the page, I’m guessing you’re interested in learning more.

To get started, reach out by clicking the button below.

During our call, you ask me questions, learn about my coaching style and my process. I’ll listen to you and ask a few questions, too. After this conversation, you are under no obligation whatsoever to continue forward. It’s simple, really; you’re just checking things out.

I look forward to connecting!
